In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing fire and Life Safety systems across our clients' properties, ensuring they meet all safety standards and regulations.

For this role, security clearance to a high government level will be required which must be maintained throughout the term of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and professionally carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Activities of the Fire and Life Safety Systems
To be responsible and monitor all Fire and Life Safety Systems with expected 1st response
To ensure all reactive works are carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, and Company policies related to building operations and work safety
Ensure to show entrepreneurship by taking corrective action where necessary
Have full knowledge of work areas and follow schedules as required
Demonstrate full working knowledge of all relevant equipment and materials
Co-operate with requests from client and managers, giving assistance where necessary
Highlight any facilities-related issues to line management and/or service desk, ensuring the customer’s work environment and experience is always at the forefront of our daily activity

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

In country Qualified Fire and Life Safety Technician
In-country Licensed Fire and Life Safety Technician
Security clearance to a high government level will be required
Significant experience in providing Fire and Life Safety building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection
Fire and Life Safety expert across a range of different products and manufacturers
Proven experience within a similar role or environment High Level of knowledge of relevant Fire standards
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to resolve by elimination or technical recommendations
Experience of working under strict Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements
