Job Description
Join our client as a Systems Analyst (Lite) and become an essential part of our team dedicated to maintaining top-tier systems performance.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our server infrastructure, managing system upgrades and changes in line with agreed operating procedures.
As Systems Analyst, you'll also be responsible for tasks such as scoping requirements, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting with other IT system rollouts, including business digital transformation projects.
Your expertise in Microsoft technologies will be put to good use as you collaborate with various stack applications.

Responsibilities
- Perform server upgrades and service patching to ensure optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope requirements and identify system needs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Implement and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency
Requirements
- Min 3 years' experience in a similar or related role, including system administration, implementation, and data cleansing whilst performing a business partner
- Strong understanding of server architecture and networking principles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are beneficial
