Are you an experienced Fire Project Manager with Fire and Security experience? We have progressive opportunities for Fire Project Manager to join a welcoming Fire and Security specialist based in the Midlands. As an Fire Project Manager you will be:
- Leading and developing the overall projects department, support the delivery and efficiency of all projects.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the ongoing success of delivery and to maximise quality assurance, profitability and manage the business obligations under all health and safety legislation.
- Providing technical expertise to the operational team.
- Contributing to business transformation Commercials and initiatives.
- Providing clear direction to the team on implementation of this vision
- Preparation and implementation of Commercial plans to support the projects division strategy
- Reporting to the Commercial Director on key departmental issues
- Identifying opportunities within the industry for continued improvements
- Managing and resolving escalated complaints and Operational issues within the business in line with the complaint’s procedure
- Ensuring compliance, incl. Health & Safety and industry standards
- Overseeing the retention of company accreditations
- Leading internal investigations
- Facilitating external investigations
- Management of Contracts and adherence to scope and contract obligations
We are keen to speak with Fire Project Managers with:
- Previous commercial and contractual experience.
- Comprehensive Sprinkler industry knowledge and experienced in BS EN12845 & BS9251 standards.
- Management experience.
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Self-Motivated.
- Creative problem solving.
- Personality – energy, drive and enthusiasm.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
