Requirements

You will have an HNC, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area and industry recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

You will carry out Fire Risk Assessments to PAS 79 standard to Dundee City Council operational properties.

The Individual

You will have experience within the field of property and maintenance and a good understanding of Health and Safety legislation as it relates to property. You will be able to advise and liaise with colleagues, clients and tenants at all levels and be able to build and maintain good working relationships with client and contractors. Good problem solving, organisational and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, the ability to prioritise and manage own work and commitment to providing a good service level to clients are essential.
