Fire Risk Assessor - Based in London - Up to £65,000 + Hybrid + Benefits - Ref: 1533
I am currently recruiting for a Fire Risk Assessor to work for the UK's leading specialist advisor and consultancies based in London.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for over 200 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex projects within the UK and deal with some of the highest profile residential and commercial developers. They employ over 50 people across multiple locations in the UK and are continuously looking to gain an office presence in other cities.
To support the growth of the business and be able to deal with the amount of work they have a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint a Fire Risk Assessor on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Fire Risk Assessor, conduct comprehensive Fire Risk assessment Types 1-4: Perform thorough on-site inspections and assessments of buildings, facilities, and processes to identify potential fire hazards, assess Fire Risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures. In addition to this you will Analyse fire safety systems and procedures: Review and evaluate fire protection systems, including fire detection and alarm systems, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, evacuation plans, and other relevant fire safety measures, to determine their compliance with regulations and effectiveness in mitigating Fire Risks.
Ideal Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in Fire Risk Assessing
- BEng Fire Safety or Fire Safety Engineering
- Fire Door Surveys / Management
- Type 1-4 FRA's
Desirable
- Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor
