As the Fire Safety Advisor you will be:
- Responsible for providing Fire Safety advice to tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Reporting all Fire Safety issues and cases within the organisation
- Produce and implement Fire Safety management strategies, policies and procedures
- Work alongside the Fire Safety team to complete projects, audits and reviews
Qualifications / Experience:
- Social housing experience
- Fire Safety experience
- Understanding of fire risk assessments
- IFE or equivalent qualifications / membership
- Knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Fire Safety Order 2005
