Fire Safety Advisor

We are actively looking for a Fire Safety Advisor to join a housing association in the Cornwall area on a permanent basis. As the Fire Safety Advisor you will be:

• Responsible for providing Fire Safety advice to tenants, colleagues and contractors
• Reporting all Fire Safety issues and cases within the organisation
• Produce and implement Fire Safety management strategies, policies and procedures
• Work alongside the Fire Safety team to complete projects, audits and reviews

Qualifications / Experience:

• Social housing experience
• Fire Safety experience
• Understanding of fire risk assessments
• IFE or equivalent qualifications / membership
• Knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Fire Safety Order 2005
