SalaryWe are currently partnering with a South-West based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Fire Service Engineer to join their growing Electrical team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to provide 40,000 homes across the South West, and deliver a collaborative service to over 80,000 customers.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £33,986 to £37,762, and comes with a van and fuel card as well as a wealth of benefits.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Servicing, maintaining and replacing fire safety systems within domestic properties, including sprinkler systems
- Carrying out tests and inspections on electrical installations
- Updating completed works on a PDA
Experience required:
- Experience working with fire safety equipment
- Recent exposure to Social Housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- 18th Edition is desirable
- Full UK Driving licence required
