Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: London, Swindon, Yorkshire, Birmingham & Leicester

Job Description:

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and installation of Fire Sprinkler systems. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting regular inspections and tests of Fire Sprinkler systems to ensure they are in good working order and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Identifying and diagnosing faults or issues with Fire Sprinkler systems and carrying out repairs as required.
• Installing new Fire Sprinkler systems according to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Providing advice and guidance to clients on fire safety and sprinkler system maintenance.
• Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Working collaboratively with other team members and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer or a similar role.
• A relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Fire Sprinkler Installation or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with relevant British Standards and regulations (e.g., BS EN 12845, BS 9251) is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• A full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel to different sites as required.
• Willingness to undergo training and development to keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
