1st Line Support Engineer
An exciting opporuntity to join a established, gorwing MSP based just outside London on a permanent basis!
- 1st Line Support Engineer - MSP - Perm
- Salary up to £28,000
- Onsite working - UK Driving License
- Windows Server / Azure AD / Networking / Office365
Purpose of the Role:
- Respond to user software or hardware queries via email or phone
- Communicating with the user, ensuring required steps are done to resolve the issue or escalate it if necessary
- Update the ticketing system, making sure everything is logged, noted accordingly and accurately.
- Always look to improve your knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies
Key Experiences:
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills that can adapt to changing priorities
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data to reach conculsions
- Confident telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to remain calm under pressure during challenging times
