Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week; on a rota basis between 8.30 - 20:30, Monday to Friday, and 9.30 – 15.00 on Saturday and Sunday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Support Analyst to join our expanding IT Department, providing excellent support to our staff and learners, and helping to bring together people across the capital and beyond to enrich lives through learning.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly organised, with great communication skills to be a reliable and efficient first point of contact in a rapidly changing environment. You’ll be a key contributor to our busy Technical Operations team, working primarily with Microsoft operating systems and applications, gaining additional experience with server technologies on the job. This is a suitable entry-level role for IT Support and as such, experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

You will particularly attract our interest if this covers:
- Ideally, a Vendor recognised accreditation (MCDST, MCP, MCSA) or a computing BSc degree.
- Well organised and self-motivated, with a desire to develop IT skills and suggest solutions and improvements.
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the following:
- Networking principles (TCP/IP)
- Microsoft Active Directory (Users & Computers) on-prem and Azure AD
- Microsoft Windows and Mac
- Microsoft Office on-prem and M365
- Windows event logs
- Helpdesk software (e.g. Jira).
