Role Overview

Deliver the highest level of Desktop Support service to our internal customers and Traders within the Financial industry. 

The successful candidate must have Front Office and Trade Floor Desktop Support scope of experience and the ability to show successful process improvements and the bonds required to make a great team who is customer centric focused.

Key Responsibilities

·To report to Manager on day to day activities

·Work closely with the teams

·Support ‘Traders’ and associated staff in all Technical issues from Desktops to devices

·Support other key stake holders

·Work a shift pattern including (once achieved support knowledge achieved) WFH in a pattern to be discussed

·To see all resolutions to completion

·To enhance own technical knowledge with support of the team and knowledge base documents

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

·Voice, Dealerboard IPC and Speakerbus.

·Market Data applications, including Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, Reuters FXT, Brokertec and ICAP.

·Trading Exchange technology and indices.

·Market Announcement principles.

·Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Apple Mac.

·Microsoft technologies, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

·Zoom meeting room, desktop, and mobile applications.

·Active Directory.

·Desktop security and windows policy.

·Networking essentials.

·Mobility and remote working solutions.

·UEM and BES Enterprise and Admin.

·Trader Desktop hardware configuration.

·Hosted desktop environments.

·Strong communicator and ability to engage colleagues and customers at all levels.

·Capital Markets and Currencies, Rates & Credit Trading & Sales environments.
