Day to Day Duties:
- Answering inbound calls with potential customers over the telephone helping them renew their existing policies, and helping with any questions they may have.
- Upselling any additional products and services
- General administration i.e., sending emails, data etc.

- Hours: Monday– Friday and only 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-1 pm (time back in lieu)
