There is now an opening with our client who is a tier 1 Contractor, specialising in reviving listed buildings and giving them new purpose.
Currently, they are immersed in a dynamic project in Hammersmith, revitalising a piece of the local landscape and turning it into fantastic residential space, including commercial units.

They are looking for a Fit-Out Manager with extensive experience on repairing listed buildings, to join their team for the remainder of this project.
With the opportunity to continue on upcoming projects.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines.


• Lead a team of site supervisors and gangermen


• Demonstrate expertise in fit-out management, with a strong understanding of heritage sites and requirements under the London Building Act.


• Review and manage project requirements such as Quality, Health & Safety, and Temporary Works


• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills


• Utilize strong IT skills for effective project management.


• Hold management and health and safety qualifications.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager


• Proven experience in Heritage Construction, repairing listed buildings


• Experience refurbishment of timber wall linings, plaster repairs, cornicing installation, door refurbishment, bespoke flooring installation, steel installation, drylining and plastering.
