Requirements of FSI
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Work/volunteer experience within customer facing or sport/fitness environment
- Basic IT skills
Responsibilities of FSI
- Delivering inductions to groups/individuals
- Cleaning and upkeep of the gym area
- Interacting with all customers with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
