Salary FitzRoy is a national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in over 100 services across England. See the Person is at the heart of the charity, and everything we do is focussed on transforming the lives of the people we support. Our aspiration is to deliver outstanding care. The need for a person-centred approach which is co-produced with the people we support is integral to the way we work.
As we embark on an exciting and ambitious three year strategy, we are seeking our new Chief Executive to drive this forwards. We need a leader who embodies our values of being brave, creative, and seeing the person every day. We are looking for an individual who will be inspirational, able to motivate and support our excellent workforce.
We are seeking a Chief Executive who understands how to lead in a complex environment, with experience of managing through periods of significant change and growth. We need someone with a commercial mindset who can lead this amazing charity to the next level of achievement. This role brings the opportunity to make a real, genuine impact on people’s lives.
