Helpdesk Administrator

At FORTH®, we're looking for a proactive and organised Helpdesk Administrator to join our Reactive Department. You'll play a crucial role in planning, managing, and billing reactive call-out works while providing exceptional support to our helpdesk activities.
[Onsite - Mon - Fri - 8 - 5pm]
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and organise all reactive call-out works.
- Support the helpdesk function with phone and helpdesk activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimise business disruptions.
- Produce and report on reactive invoicing.

Who We Need:
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Financially aware and proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM (Big Change).
- Customer-focused with excellent management and service delivery skills.
- Industry understanding and critical thinking abilities are a plus.
