Fleet Coordinator/Administrator
£14.29 per hour
Peterborough
Temporary role for 12 weeks
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm & 9am-5pm (alternate weeks)
Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in a fleet team (preferably a larger fleet team). This role is a very fast paced role and will also involve duties such as collecting/moving vehicles, so will require someone who is comfortable driving different vehicle types including vans.
Role:
- Keeping fleet databases and vehicle tracking system up to date and accurate
- Ensuring fleet maintenance schedules are up to date including servicing and MOT's.
- Run reports on fuel spend and mileage.
- Administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines and accidents/incidents.
- Support Fleet Services Manager
Skills:
- Strong administrative mindset and attention to detail
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Experience of working of working with tax, MOT's and telematics across a large fleet.
