Flight Consultant

They need an experienced Flight Consultant to support their customers and teams with flight itineraries and the administration behind it.
Flight Sales Consultant - What will I be doing?
- Your main role is to book flights for customers and to help the sales team with complex flight itineraries
- You will be managing PNRs within the GDS including queue management and ticketing
- You will be handling reissues, refunds and scheduled changes
Flight Consultant - What experience do I need?
- You must have experience of booking flights on a GDS recently
- You will have a good understanding of published and net fares including fare rules
- It's essential that you have excellent customer service skills and are a real team player.
Flight Consultant - What else do I need to know?
This is a Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 role but you will also be required to work one in three Saturdays. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can be hybrid (2 days in the office) They have fabulous offices in Hampshire.
