Are you an adaptable, willing and efficient EA with a background supporting various teams within Financial Services? This may be the role for you!
My client is a globally recognised Financial Services firm looking for a Float EA to provide executive level support to a range of teams. You will work within a supportive network of EAs, covering as needed.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Float EA, experience contracting/temping or experience in a role that has involved varying teams.
THE ROLE:
- Covering for other EAs as required
- Ever-changing diary management globally
- Multi-stop, international travel arrangements
- Visa's, itineraries, agenda's etc.
- Managing expenses
- Producing agenda's, reports, presentations and other documents
- Supporting with general admin duties
- Coordinating events as needed
- Proven experience as a Float EA/background with contract roles giving exposure to different environments and teams
- Financial Services experience is ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
- Hands-on and happy to assist wherever needed
