Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Customer Service Floor Lead to join our Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
This is the ideal role for a dynamic individual who can lead and inspire a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). You will be working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 8 PM (with flexibility as per client’s needs).

Main responsibilities

  • Supervising the floor team, ensuring the smooth delivery of the day-to-day operations on the floor
  • Setting and maintaining high standards to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Driving positive change and engagement within the team
  • Upholding and exhibiting professionalism when interacting with clients
  • Ensuring all employees and visitors receive excellent customer service
  • Leading by example a very established team who pride themselves on working hard, helping, and supporting one another to collectively meet service expectations and targets

The ideal candidate will

  • Lead with passion and optimism, taking on obstacles head-on and taking pleasure in inspiring the team to continuously provide exceptional service to all clients and visitors
  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
  • Be innovative, adaptable, flexible, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times, acting as a role model for the team
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software/package and business administration
  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Have at least one year of supervisory/team leader experience
