Flooring Labourer (Skilled)

Job Role: Skilled Labourer - Flooring (Maintenance Team)

Location: London and South East areas

Pay: GBP11 PAYE- GBP13.19 per hour depending on experience.

Benefits: Van and fuel card. Only to be used for work purposes.

Key objective of role:

The role will be a fluid and flexible position and you will be required to provide labouring support according to the needs of the business.

For example getting properties ready for floor laying, some gerneral maintenance/clearance as well as general labouring duties. You will be required to have a can do attitude to embrace and accommodate all tasks. The company have just won numerous contracts in London (various locations) and are looking to expand their friendly hard working team.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to assist with the flooring installations across a range of commercial, industrial and domestic projects.

Whilst previous experience is not essential our client is seeking candidates who have previous knowledge in flooring and an advantage of cap & cove, altro flooring.

Temporary to permanent position with opportunities to progress for the right candidate along with training.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working to deadlines to ensure the installation is carried out professionally and efficiently
• Travelling to site along with the team and floor layers to carry out the duties for that day .
• Maintaining and operating tools to work with relevant materials to complete the site project for that day.
• Due to the nature of the work candidates must possess a valid driving license and own travel.

- CSCS not required.

The successful applicant must have a full driving licence or transport, at least minimum 6month labouring experinece in similar role is essential.

Starting asap, working hours are Monday - Friday , working on days or nights.
