Florist - Packer

Hidden Botanics is a rapidly growing startup specializing in unique dried and artificial flower arrangements for weddings. Having provided flowers for over 50,000 weddings in the past 4 years, we have established ourselves as one of the premier florists in the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Packer to join our talented team at our floristry studio. As a Packer, you will be responsible for carefully packing finished floral arrangements to ensure they arrive at venues beautifully and intact.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carefully pack finished flower arrangements in boxes and packaging materials to prevent damage
• Wrap more delicate flowers and embellishments separately to avoid crushing
• Ensure correct identification tags are secured to all boxes and arrangements
• Load packed boxes with care onto trucks or vans for transportation
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
• Assist designers and florists as needed in the studio

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience packing fragile items required
• Excellent attention to detail and care when handling delicate flowers
• Reliable transportation to and from the studio
• Professional, team-oriented work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
