About your role
Lead across a variety of lifecycle projects on an education contract covering 10 sites.
Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including HVAC, lighting, building fabric, BMS, M&E to name a few.
Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
About you
Technically qualified in an Engineering discipline - ideally HVAC
Experience of managing PFI contracts - within the education sector ideally
Commercially astute with experience of managing lifecycle projects
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issues
Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based in South Yorkshire.
You may have experience as one of the following: Project Manager, FM Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead.
