Clubhouse is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Located in the heart of Meadowhall, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and providing a memorable dining experience. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage services while upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen.

- Deliver Food and Beverages to tables promptly and with care, ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining areas, including resetting tables for the next guests.

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following established procedures for cash handling and reporting.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations and provide support as needed.

- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.

- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry or hospitality sector is required.

- A positive and friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

- Par Time/ Full Time positions available.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
