My client is a beautiful 4-star hotel and country hotel surrounded by a beautiful golf course. They are looking to add passionate and friendly individuals as Food and Beverage Assistants to their F&B team, helping with all outlets of F&B, including their fine dining restaurant, casual bar setting and spa dining.
My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant will be:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Assist with taking orders, serving Food and Beverages, and maintaining table settings to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and effectively, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special events, functions, and banquets as required, providing support to the Food and Beverage team.
The ideal Food and Beverage Assistant will:
- Be a driven self motivated individual with a real passion to learn.
- Have great communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ideally have experience working in a F&B role previously.
- Good teamwork skills, while still being able to work individually when needs be.
Salary: £10.42ph, subject to change in April
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days
Job-type: Full-time, Permanent
