Food and Beverage Manager - £45,000

We are looking for a hands-on manager with extensive experience in Food & Beverage Operations and the ability to train, coach and mentor a Hotel Team. You will have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to consistently push for improvement and a best-in-class service that will elevate the guest experience above and beyond any expectation.

You will need a proven history of working successfully within a branded environment and increasing KPI scores with Food & Beverage Management Experience

Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams with a business mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills

You must be an inspirational and motivating Peer, who prioritises team engagement and excels in emotional  intelligence and an accomplished Leader, able to drive and support the F&B brand standards through engagement with the teams.
