In the summer you will find them serving afternoon teas and brasserie style food outside in the beautiful garden and in winter things move indoors as guests sit round roaring log fires and the menus turn more autumnal and cosy. As Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager you will work with our brasserie manager and general manager to oversee the smooth running and supervision of the hotel food service. This will include breakfast service and supervision of the brasserie when the manager is off. You’ll be a natural team motivator and trainer and extremely hot on your health, safety and food hygiene.
