We are looking for an Administrator to work in an office-based role within our Food and Beverage team, taking responsibility for the day to day admin of this large team.
A large part of the role involves using our rota system, Rotageek, so computer skills and organisation are essential for the role. You will be coordinating ‘casual’ team members, allocating shifts where needed as well as carrying out general administrative duties for Managers in the restaurant outlets in including correspondence with team members and guests.
It’s a fast paced environment, requiring great communication skills, a flexible attitude and strong attention to detail. Experience and understanding of hospitality is not essential but would be an advantage.
The role is Monday to Friday from 9am – 5:30pm and is based at the hotel every day.
