The Britannia Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which features the Jenny’s Restaurant, serving fantastic full English buffet breakfast for you to enjoy. Harvey’s Bar provides a place where guests can sit back and relax with a drink or something to eat. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant onto the team.
As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to:
- Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
- Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently always.
- Maximise sales and profitability within the department.
- Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked always.
- You will be required to work evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Previous experience is preferable, but full training will be given. This position is available on a zero-hour contract.
