Food & Beverage Associate

At the Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow, we are proud to offer a truly exceptional experience to our guests. Managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts, our hotel is like no other Courtyard by Marriott, featuring 244 well-appointed bedrooms, 10 conference and banqueting rooms, and three bustling restaurants - including two with rooftop dining that offers breathtaking views of the London Heathrow airport runway.

We are thrilled to be expanding our team and are currently hiring for a Food & Beverage Associate who is eager to pursue a career with us and offer an exceptional guest dining experience.

Core duties will include

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Serving food and beverage orders
• Setting up tables based on event types
• Communicating with the kitchen regarding orders
• Answering customers' questions and adhering to allergen, and dietry requirements.
• Processing payments/ orders through the micros system.
• Checking in with guests throughout the dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanless of restaurant stations, crockery, and glassware.
• Completing opening and closing duties
