We are looking for a an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis working 36 hours per week all year round.

As our Food & Beverage Manager you will drive an increased financial contribution to the Charity through catering activities at the outlets under your management. Supported by the Territory F&B Operations Manager you will generate and develop new ideas and opportunities on site, in line with the EH Food and Beverage strategy.
As part of the Historic Properties team you will, through strong leadership, training and coaching, ensure that your team deliver the highest standards of food, presentation, safety and customer service. You will focus on building the capability of the team, driving results and controlling costs in order to maximise profits.
To be considered as a Food & Beverage Manager you will need:
Strong time management skills
A genuine desire to provide high levels of service
Experience of successfully managing, leading and coaching people
An clear understanding of food safety compliance
The ability to complete a Level 3 Food Safety Course (provided)
