Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
Location: Ascot
Salary: GBP50,000 per annum

Role Overview
As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining establishments, including restaurants, bars, and room service. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are consistently met. Additionally, you will manage a team of dedicated staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and room service, always ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leadership, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, wine service, and mixology.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
