We are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to work within the Food & Beverage team at the World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will welcome guests and deliver exceptional service to create an outstanding customer experience.
To be a successful Food & Beverage Team Member you will:
- have previous experience of working in hospitality, ideally within a 4/5 star environment
- have flair and passion for delivering exceptional service and working with quality products
- exude warmth and charm in order to engage and build a rapport with guests
- possess outstanding attention to detail
- have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- be well presented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 7 - Working hours 9-5
