- Food and beverage service at weddings and events
- Involved in all aspects of restaurant service which would include:
- Meeting and seating guests
- Taking orders
- Making coffee from our traditional barista machine
- Bar work including cocktail making (Over 18's Only)
- Clearing and setting tables
- Using our POS for inputting orders and taking payments
- Making and updating bookings in our restaurant booking system
