Job Title: Factory Worker - Food Preparation and Order Fulfilment

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and energetic Factory Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be involved in various stages of Food Preparation and Order fulfilment, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of food products according to established procedures and standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment with care and in accordance with safety protocols.
• Perform pick/packing duties, accurately, yet with speed, fulfilling customer orders and preparing them for shipment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Stand and move for extended periods, demonstrating speed and agility in completing tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain standing for the majority of the shift.
• Experience in food handling and preparation is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Hours:

• Full Time - 8am - 4pm. Monday to Friday.
• Some extended hours are required in July and August. Usually no later than 6pm on no more than 2 evenings per week.

Salary:

• Full Time: £19-23,000 per year.

You must be able to drive to the factory as there is little to no public transport around working hours.
