Salary starting at GBP30,000 and increasing upto GBP38,000 after completing training
Interaction is recruiting for a Production operative for our clients Food Product Supplying company based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This is a full time, temp to perm position working 4 on 4 off. 2 week on days (Apply online only) and two weeks on nights (Apply online only).

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the operating areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness to prevent disruption to the operation.
Duties:
To perform all aspects of the Production Operative functions in a diligent manner, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are not compromised.
Maintain solid operating basis in terms of good manufacturing practices.
Heavily involved in mixing the liquid materials which are involved in the production process for the site. You will initially shadow an experienced member of staff while showcasing what you can do, and then they will shadow you to ensure that you are fully competent at the task in hand.
Ensure Health and Safety is always followed.
To help support and identify operational synergies.
Ensure that product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken.
To be considered:
Experience working in a fast-moving Food Manufacturing company.
Working to targets
Customer focused.
Clear understanding of Health and Safety, food safety and Hygiene.
Computer literate
FLT licence.
