HND/Degree level qualification in food science or food technology.Working knowledge of HACCP, food legislation, food hygiene and quality control.Excellent leadership & communication skills.Ability to work on own initiative to build and implement quality procedures.Willingness to travel within Northern Ireland (sites are based at Cookstown, Dungannon & Moira): applicants must have the means to commute to the various work locations as required.You are pragmatic and ready to tackle the challenges of developing QC systems for a growing portfolio of speciality food businesses.
