Food Safety & Quality Group Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our business for a Quality Group Manager to lead the quality standards across a collective of top-tier Northern Irish artisan food producers. Our group of companies serves upscale retail and food service markets in diverse categories such as charcuterie, butter, condiments, and speciality butchery. This role entails actively developing technical and quality processes and procedures within our rapidly expanding portfolio of speciality food businesses..

HND/Degree level qualification in food science or food technology.

Working knowledge of HACCP, food legislation, hygiene, and quality control.

Excellent leadership & communication skills.

Ability to work on own initiative to build and implement quality procedures.

Willingness to travel within Northern Ireland (sites are based at Cookstown, Dungannon & Moira): applicants must have the means to commute to the various work locations as required.
