Variable hour Contract | £15.17 to £16.25 per hour (Scale G) | Norwich
Norfolk Adult Learning have an exciting opportunity to act as Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) for the development and delivery of Food Safety in Catering qualification courses. We are looking for a well-qualified, skilled, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to bring rigorous quality assurance to this provision. You will have recent relevant experience of your subject specialism and English and maths qualifications at Level 2.
You will be required to work closely as part of the Health and Well-being curriculum team and should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Effective monitoring, support, and verification of assessment practice, in accordance with Awarding Organisation requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate and secure records of assessment and Internal Quality assurance activity, providing evidence and feedback to the External Quality Assurer (EQA) during quality assurance visits.
- Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, web-based learning programmes and ability to learn in-house database systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills including an ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, Prevent and information management.
