In this new role you will help to manage and deliver scientific and technical projects (training, consultancy, and research) including delivery of training courses - both on-site and off-site at client premises.
You will focus mainly on Food Safety level 2,HACCP Level 2 and several short/ bespoke courses
Requirements
- Food Science/Technology degree or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of the food industry (science and technology) (12 months+ considered)
- Experience in a technical or quality management role within food manufacturing or in food legislation enforcement
- Practical experience of at least one industrial Food Safety management standard would be an advantage
- Formal qualification in HACCP, Level 2 would be expected to fulfil the job requirements
- Good verbal and broader communication skills to support business development, training, and consultancy offerings
- Full UK/EU driving licence and ability to travel globally
