The Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading player in the Sports Nutrition industry who are expanding their business on a global scale. As a result, we are recruiting a number of exciting positions within the product team to support ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning SKU set up procedure and barcode creation
• Gaining internal stakeholder’s approval.
• Owning SKU/material codes tracker and maintaining master data in a centralised location for consistent and accurate availability across the Grenade business. Tracking and implementing data changes at SKU level from Grenade and external manufacturers as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Inputting and maintaining data publication across relevant portals across the UK and International markets.
• Ensuring accuracy of published product information across direct e-commerce customers.
• Managing barcode compliance process for the UK and International markets (primary, secondary, tertiary) and gaining customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with product managers, external suppliers/customers and marketing team members to create appropriate models to distribute product content across different channels.
• Exceptional communication with the wider team on any product information changes.
• Supporting product & design teams on product launches, both NPD and Export Expansion. Focusing on artwork content checks and amends keeping the artwork approval log up to date.
• Providing regulatory approval of artwork content, gaining customer and Regulatory Manager approval for final artwork submissions.
• Contributing to project updates with the latest status and working with the team to overcome any hurdles.
• Providing support, training and education for new members of Grenade on how to best access information.
• Annual content review for published information on e-commerce sites.

Person Specification

• Qualification in a food relevant subject.
• A keen interest in Product Compliance for UK and International markets.
• Able to work collaboratively across the business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to network effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to solve problems, make decisions and offer solutions to wider business.
• Hands on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth.
• Ability to be analytical and manage detailed specifications, whilst also representing the Grenade brand.
• Excellent communication skills to foster great working relationships with key customers.
