Position Overview:
The company is in search of a dedicated Food Technologist to support their Technical Team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in writing specifications and providing assistance to the team. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Technical Team to write and review product specifications. Provide support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. Assist in conducting product trials and experiments. Contribute to the development of new food products.Maintain accurate documentation and records of specifications and procedures. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
