Pure Football Academy was founded in 2009 to develop and push young players to their most significant potential. We are a community-based club that works with players of all abilities.
We have since moved players through our paths to semi-professional and professional clubs.
In the future, we hope to broaden the age range of the children we train, and for this project, we are searching for additional Football Coaches with the necessary expertise and competence to instruct our age groups. Football coaches must supervise our open football sessions on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings. We are also seeking motivated coaches to help with coaching current young teams (Under 9, Under 11, 2 teams of Under 12's, Under 14, 2 teams of Under 16's that play in the London County Saturday Youth Football League as they would train on Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings with Saturday matches/training. Sunday League (Mens / Adult team - 16+) with a mid-week training. If interested, please email us and apply, as we invite you to a trial.

Key responsibilities include:
- Adding enthusiasm and energy to every session, keeping a professional demeanour when dealing with children, parents, other coaches, and schools.
- On-time attendance for all sessions
- The safety of children is a top priority.
- Assisting with correct equipment set up and packaging and ensuring all equipment is stored correctly.
- Providing youngsters with knowledge of relevant skills, progressions, and techniques
- Communicate with parents on their children's development as needed.
- Ensure that all health and safety rules are followed. Know and follow all school policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to child protection, health, safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection policies and procedures.
- Recognise and embrace diversity, and ensure all children have equal opportunities to learn and flourish.
