Foreman Care homes

My client is an award winning regional building contractor looking to recruit an experienced working foreman for a May start on a Care home scheme in Huntingdon. Duties will include:
Taking responsibility for all QA checks, recording, reporting, liaising with contractors to ensure all works are completed to the standard expected and inline with specifications. May involve at times taking on SM duties as required to support the overall Site Manager. Preferably from a joinery background with 1st aid, SMSTS, current CSCS card and a proven track record in delivery 60-80 bedroom Care homes to a high standard. Please send a CV in the first instance.
