Description:
As a foreman of this busy site, your job will include overseeing the efficient running of the drivers and yard, maximising availability of welfare units, for hire. You must be able to efficiently work within budgets, allocate and monitor workload of yard staff, service and delivery staff, coach and develop all staff and ensure health and safety of all employees within the depot.
You must hold a valid drivers licence - with a trailer licence would be useful but not essential. <6 points on your licence.
Responsibilities:
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Ensure availability of welfare and toilet units
- Meet or exceed budgeted repair/damage revenue
- Control fleet maintenance within budget
- Hit budget on vehicle damages/repairs
- Depot efficiency, cleanliness and tidiness
- Meeting deadlines for all aspects of the role
- Service complaints / drivers / delivery / collections
- Managers feed-back
