Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client based in Bewdley. This is a Temporary to Permanent position and available to stat immediately. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating a Forklift and hold a valid, in date licence. Due to location, a Driving Licence is required.
The Duties of a Forklift Driver:
- Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, and transport material.
- Organising and arranging stock in designated storage areas
- Conducting inspections and maintenance checks on the Forklift
- Safely loading pallets and ensuring loads are secure
- Assisting with handballing and production duties
The Requirements of a Forklift Driver:
- Adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times
- MUST hold a valid in date Counterbalance Licence
- Previous experience operating a Forklift in a similar environment
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
