Location: Dagenham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 06:00am - 14:00pm
Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Forklift Drivers in Dagenham to start work immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance automotive parts. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets.
Our client requires candidates who have experience working within a manufacturing/engineering warehouse environment. You will have an understanding of and adherence to Health - Safety legislation including COSHH requirements. The ideal Candidate will hold a valid FLT Counterbalance / Bendi Truck Licence.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for
- FLT / Counterbalance / Bendi Truck duties
- Picking and packing items for delivery
- Picking parts for the production team
- Loading and unloading of materials
- Actively assist in the Goods in / Goods out department
- Checking stock and logging inventory
- Key skills for the role include, but not limited to: -
- Microsoft / Warehouse MRP experience - Desirable
- FLT / Counterbalance / Bendi Truck Licence - Desirable
- Work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be resourceful and adaptable with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable / good time keeping.
- Self-motivated / proactive / Solution Finding.
