About the job

As Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change at ground level. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and with care. Through our training programme, you’ll have the opportunity to climb a clear growth path, with weekly sessions covering Product, cross-training and language. This is a full-time position where your shifts will be from 6am to 4pm or 8am-6pm (sometimes longer, depending on lorry arrival), 5 days a week on a rotation basis including weekends and bank holidays. The job requires primarily working in a refrigerated environment at around +5 degrees Celsius - we will supply you with PPE.

We are looking for candidates who hold a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly
• Moving and rearranging stock, either by hand or with heavy lifting equipment
• Unloading/loading vans and lorries using forklift
• Using PC for bookings, invoices etc
• Working in packing department if required
