SalaryWe are currently looking for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative for a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Witham, Essex.
This role is for a dynamic, fast-moving enterprise looking to build on their existing team. You will be an experienced Forklift driver - with an current accredited Forklift Ticket, with experience in general warehousing duties. You will be looking for a permanent position, where the successful applicant will become an integral part of close team.
Duties of the Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative:
- Loading and unload of goods, with Counterbalance Forklift and by hand - including some heavy lifting
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
- Undertaking regular stock takes
- General house keeping
- Daily use of the counterbalance forklift
The ideal Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative candidate:
- Experience within a busy warehouse
- Fast paced Forklift experience
- Excellent commuincation skills
- Able to undertake physical duties and some heavy lifitng
- Looking for long term work

Pay rate and working hours:
- Pay starts at 12ph - 13ph (DOE)
- Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 - 21:00
Due to the nature of this work this role is not for the faint hearted, all candidates will need to be physically fit and able to do heavy lifting.
