Fostering Registered Manager - Therapeutic Fostering Agency

Salary £58,000 + £3000 car allowance

NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Registered Manager who can join a Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency.

The Independent Fostering Agency is one of the UK's therapeutic fostering services, established over 35 years ago. They are pioneers in therapeutic foster care and provide excellent therapeutic placements to children, young people and their families. They work with a multi-agency approach, many professionals coming together like therapists, social workers, educational advisers to form great ideas and targeted interventions.

This is a stable and well-structured workplace, the team is formed of very experienced professionals that support each other and all go by the same children-centred values.

Responsibilities

As Fostering Registered Manager you will be responsible for undertaking the role in line with Ofsted requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and good practice. The registered office is in Hassocks however the Registered Manager will work between Hassocks and Battle office with travel to Hampshire office occasionally.

Requirements

Please apply if:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have previous experience of fostering either IFA, charity or LA

- you have excellent leadership skills including supervisory experience (preferably from being a Registered Fostering Manager)

- you drive
